You can make an appointment with a notary in Ashgabat using the Notariat Online Nobat app

The mobile application Notariat Online Nobat (online queue), launched by the Ashgabat City State Notary Office, has become available on the Internet.

By downloading the app to your smartphone from Google Play, you can sign up for an online queue to see a notary in a few minutes. To do this, open the Nobat al section (Get in line) and select the required type of notary services, namely: inheritance, will, sale, credit on mortgage/bond security, and others.

Also here you can find the required documents for notarial procedures.

For registration in the electronic queue, you need to enter your personal data, namely your first name, last name and phone number. The SMS message that comes to the phone will contain the queue number and a QR code, with which you can already go to the notary office.

The approach of your queue can be traced in the section Häzirki nobaty bil (Find out the current queue), and an SMS message will notify you that your queue is approaching. In the Meniń nobatlarym (My Queues) section, you can keep all your queues for various notary services under control.

The Notariat Online Nobat app service is currently only available in the Turkmen language.

You can sign up for an electronic queue and get a number in the morning.

The Internet application Notariat Online Nobat was launched in order to improve the quality of the work of the Ashgabat City State Notary Office in providing services to citizens and simplify the process of notary consultations.
