Yagshimuradov will continue to fight for the PFL belt and the 1 million USD prize on August 17

The date of the fight of Turkmen MMA fighter Dovletjan Yagshimuradov in the semi-finals of the PFL Grand Prix in the light heavyweight division has become known.

The promotion has planned to hold this round of fights in Hollywood on the night of August 17, Ashgabat time.

Dovletjan's rival in the fight for the champion title and the 1 million USD grand prize is Rob Wilkinson from Australia.

Yagshimuradov is known for his achievements in the ACB and ACA leagues, as well as his performances in Bellator. In the American promotion, the native of Turkmenabat scored three victories in five fights, establishing himself as a strong fighter. After Bellator merged with PFL, Dovletjan joined the Grand Prix.

In April, he defeated Jacob Nedo from Slovenia by technical knockout, and in June he defeated Simon Biyong from Cameroon by unanimous decision, thanks to which he made it to the semifinals.

Yagshimuradov’s opponent, Rob Wilkinson, won a split decision victory over Josh Silveira from the USA in his last fight.
