World Leaders Send Condolences to Government of Turkmenistan

World leaders continue to send letters of condolence to the government of Turkmenistan in connection with the death of Ogulabat Berdimuhamedova, a grandmother of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and mother of Halk Maslahaty Chairman Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the official Turkmen media reported.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliyev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Sultan Rayev and member of the ruling family in Qatar Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al-Thani sent their condolences to Turkmen President.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President Mahmoud Abbas, Secretary General of CIS Sergey Lebedev, Secretary General of Turkic States Organization Kubanychbek Omuraliyev, Secretary General of TURKSOY Sultan Rayev, Chairman of Federation Council of Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of Parliament of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev, Chairman of Parliament of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova, member of the ruling Qatari family Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al-Thani expressed condolences to Halk Maslahaty Chairman Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Ogulabat Berdimuhamedova, the grandmother of President Berdimuhamedov and mother of the National Leader of Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, passed away at the age of 86.
