Wednesday Trades at Turkmen Commodity Exchange: ECO-93 Gasoline

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Wednesday trades registered 16 deals worth a total of $12.4 million for the procurement of ECO-93 gasoline.

Businesses from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan bought a total of 15,500 tons of the fuel, the SCRMET announced on Thursday.

The ECO-93 gasoline was produced at the plant for the production of gasoline from gas in Turkmenistan’s Ahal province (Ahal GTG Plant).

Established in 1994, the SCRMET is the main body regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
