Vadim Nemkov defeated Corey Anderson and won the Bellator Grand Prix

Russian Vadim Nemkov won the American Corey Anderson early morning in Chicago (USA) at the Bellator 288 tournament by unanimous decision of the judges.

This meeting topped the Bellator 288 tournament and become the Grand Prix final.

Vadim Nemkov defended his championship belt, also became the winner of Gran Prix and earned 1 million USA dollars as the prize.

We remind that the first fight of the fighters took place in April at the Bellator 277 tournament and was declared invalid due to an accidental clash of heads.

On the way to the Grand Prix final, Nemkov defeated American Phil Davis by unanimous decision, and then defeated Lithuanian Julius Anglickas by a painful hold (kimura).

Corey Anderson, who successfully competed in the UFC from 2014 to 2020, won early victories over Turkmen Dovletjan Yagshimuradov and Bellator champion in two weight categories by his compatriot Ryan Bader.
