Urea grade "B" experienced high demand at the currency exchange of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) on Monday, as reported by the SCRMET.
Representatives from business circles in the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, and Afghanistan purchased urea grade "B" totaling $6,475,000. This product, traded on the exchange, was produced by the Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern.
An entrepreneur from Afghanistan signed a deal to purchase Jet A-1 aviation kerosene. The total value of the deal amounted to $1,159,500.
Turkish entrepreneur also acquired raw single-ply carded cotton yarn for a sum of $3,381,755.55.
Meanwhile, local entrepreneurs procured TPP D 30 S polypropylene for the domestic market and Turkmen handmade carpets. The total value of these transactions exceeded 2,409,788 manats.
