Residents of the capital of Northern Ireland, Belfast, take 814 selfies annually, which is more than in other cities in the UK, Gazeta.ru reports with reference to Mirror, which in turn cites the results of a study by Samsung.
On average, Britons take 361 selfies a year. The average Briton currently has 133 selfies in their phone photo gallery, as they take about seven of their own every week. But nearly half (48%) of the 2 thousand adults surveyed thought it was time for them to clean out the gallery.
11% of respondents admitted that they most often take selfies, and one in ten (9%) claims that they have more photos of themselves on their phone than friends or family members, the source notes.
