UIET, Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan and British JCB signed a memorandum

The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the British company JCB Sales Limited. The ceremony took place on Friday, March 12th, in the building of the Ministry of Finance.

The document was signed by Minister of Finance and Economy Mukhammetgeldi Serdarov, Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Dovran Khudayberdiev and Charge d’Affaires of the British Embassy Alan Hayton.

Thus, the UIET has confirmed its interest in purchasing JCB’s products for the member companies of the Union. And the ministry that supports the development of the country’s business sector reiterated its willingness to facilitate business contacts between the British company and the Turkmen business.

The signing of the Memorandum will give impetus to the continuation of the constructive dialogue and consideration of additional contracts for purchase of equipment and technologies in the UK.
