In 2024, Turkmenistan will host the Days of Culture of the Russian Federation. Events are planned to be organized in Ashgabat and the city of Dashoguz. As the IIC writes, Ambassador of Turkmenistan Esen Aydogdyev announced this in an interview with the Russian TASS agency.
According to Aydogdyev, holding the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Russia and the Days of Culture of Russia in Turkmenistan is an important area of bilateral cooperation.It is expected that in October 2024, a large Russian delegation representing various spheres of culture will visit Turkmenistan to participate in the Days of Culture.
It is planned that the events will be held both in Ashgabat and Dashoguz.
In turn, the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation will be held next year. Aydogdyev emphasized that cultural and humanitarian cooperation is an important area of interaction between the two countries and receives active support from Russian partners.
