In Turkmenistan, work is underway to approve the State Program for Ensuring Aviation Security of Civil Aviation and the creation of an Interdepartmental Commission for Civil Aviation Security. Director General of the Agency of Transport and Communications Mammethan Chakyev reported on this during the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
As reported, the work being carried out is aimed at ensuring a high level of safety, stability and efficiency of flights in accordance with the standards, experience and practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the importance of taking the necessary measures to establish the transport and communications complex at the proper level.
