Turkmenistan will put into operation 52 large industrial and social facilities, Muhammetguly Muhammedov, the Deputy Chairman of Turkmen Government in charge of economic and financial issues, briefed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during the online cabinet meeting on Thursday, the country’s official media reports.
In January-April, 59% of allocated capital investments were directed to the construction of social purpose facilities and 41% - production facilities, according to the Vice-Premier’s report.
Muhammedov added that the state envisages to implement measures aimed at creation of new enterprises of production and service sectors, forming favorable business environment, and improving the system of state registration of institutions.
The government meeting also considered other issues, and adopted a number of documents and necessary decisions aimed at the development of the industries.
