Turkmenistan’s Miweli Ülke Launches Candy Production

Miweli Ülke Individual Enterprise in city of Mary in Turkmenistan’s Mary velayat launched the production of Jooy caramel candy under the Hoşwagt trademark.

The new product is presented in 12 flavors, including coffee, watermelon, peach, strawberry, lemon, barberry, pomegranate, coca-cola, pineapple, mint, apple and Tutti frutti, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan said in its Wednesday press release.

The company’s production line is designed for 200 kilograms of Jooy sweets per hour. By the end of the year, the company plans to produce around 300 tons of sweet products and export part of it to foreign markets.

The assortment of snacks produced under the Hoşwagt trademark includes packaged sunflower seeds, chips, coffee and corn sticks. The company’s Hoşwagt products are also exported to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan.

Establishment in 2016, Miweli Ülke IE has been constantly expanding its activities and the range of products. The company also produces fresh fruits and vegetables. In Mary velayat, Miweli Ülke presently builds a greenhouse on 50 hectares of land for growing bananas and citrus fruits.
