Turkmenistan’s Merchant Marine Fleet Company Offers Bunkering Services

Turkmenistan Merchant Marine Fleet CJSC provides diesel fuel bunkering services for foreign ships calling at the Turkmenbashi International Seaport, or are on the roads in area No. 78, without the need to enter the port.

According to the company’s Wednesday press release, the introduction of the bunkering service in the roadsteads of area No. 78 significantly reduces travel time and allows ships to continue their movement to the designated point.

Bunkering will be carried out by the Serpaý tug, which, in addition to fuel, can supply foreign ships with drinking water and food.

The total volume of cargo transportation by vessels of the Merchant Marine Fleet for January - June 2023 increased by 31.4% compared to the same period of 2022 and amounted to 1,150.50 thousand tons.
