Turkmenistan’s Dayhanbank Offers Businesses Online Banking Service

Dayhanbank State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan offers businesses a new service "Menzilara bank hyzmatlary" (Remote banking service) that simplifies and modernizes management of banking account.

This service allows via internet to make money transfers, check the balance of the amount and receive account statements, and determine the order of payment of loans and deposits. It also allows businesses to make online contact with the bank and implement different banking operations, the official Turkmen media announced on Tuesday.

To connect Menzilara bank hyzmatlary service, businesses need to apply to the central office of Dayhanbank or any of its branch. After filling appropriate documents, the client will receive a username and password to login to the internet service.

This service will give the Dayhanbank clients an opportunity to save their time and secure way to manage their funds, according to the report.

During the Turkmen cabinet meeting last month, Muhammetguly Muhammedov, the Deputy Chairman of Turkmen Government in charge of economic and financial issues, submitted to President Serdar Berdimuhamedo a proposal to introduce the Internet-bank system for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in Dayhanbank, Halkbank and Senagat banks.

The Head of State approved the proposal and instructed the Vice-Premier to continue taking measures to organize the activities of domestic banks in accordance with the realities of the time.
