Turkmenistan Receives New Commercial Flow of Hydrocarbons at Uzynada Field

The drilling team of Türkmennebit State Concern, the national oil company of Turkmenistan, managed to obtain the commercial flow of natural gas and oil condensate at the Uzanada field in the country’s western province of Balkan.

The flow was obtained at a depth of 6,692-6,706 meters, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Tuesday.

After the technical and adjustment works, the new well was commissioned to the Gumdagnebit oil and gas production department of the concern. The daily flow rate of the well is 91 thousand cubic meters of natural gas and 70 tons of oil condensate.

Nebitgazburawlaýyşdepartment of Türkmennebit put into operation 10 productive wells in four months of this year.

Currently, the work is underway on the industrial development of underground layers at the Akpatlawuk, Ekerem, Keymir, Altyguyi, Kemer and Uzynada fields.
