Turkmenistan President Appoints New Ambassador to Islamic Republic of Iran

Ylyas Akmuhammedovich Gaipov has been appointed Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran with residence in Tehran.

The corresponding Decree was signed by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on November 24, TDH reports.

By presidential decree, Ylyas Gaipov was awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
