Turkmenistan Plans International-Level Aviation Specialist Training

Turkmenistan is gearing up to train state flight safety inspectors and specialists in the field of national aviation safety inspectors.

During a recent online session, Mammethan Chakyyev, the Director-General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, reported on the ongoing efforts to prepare internationally qualified personnel for the civil aviation sector, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media outlets.

Chakyyev outlined plans to establish training for international-level specialists in civil aviation at the Training School for Aviation Personnel under the Türkmenhowaýollary agency. The training will be tailored to meet the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference.

The Director-General highlighted that the establishment of these international courses will provide opportunities not only for Turkmen specialists but also for foreign professionals.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of further strengthening ties with international organizations in the field of training international specialists for Turkmenistan's civil aviation sector. He instructed necessary measures to be taken for their education by the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference.
