The film based on the book authored by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov “Turkmenistan, the heart of the Great Silk Road” is being made in Turkmenistan, Radio “Azatlyk” reports.
The shootings have been held at historic sites of Dashoguz region for two weeks.
According to a school teacher from Gubadag district, public sector employees from three districts were involved in the shootings.
Shootings were recently held in Koneurgench where about hundred yurts had been installed about 50 camels had been decorated.Public sector employees were brought here from the districts of Boldumsaz, Gubadag, Saparmurat Turkmenbashi and were forced to do unskilled labour: shovel snow, clear the territory and install yurts”, —“Azatlyk” source said and added that residents were threatened with termination for refusal to take part in the community works.
One of the actors told the Radio that they have to buy stage props at their own expense.
Let us recall that the book “Turkmenistan, the heart of the Great Silk Road” became one of the most popular writings by the President who has authored over 40 books.
It was presented in some countries and its title will become the motto of Turkmenistan for 2018 and in the run-up to the New Year the main square of Ashgabat was decorated based on the themes of the legends from the book.
