Turkmenistan Launches Production Of B-92 Aviation Gasoline

Shahym Abdrakhmanov, the Deputy Chairman of the Turkmen Government overseeing the country's oil-gas industry, during the online government meeting hosted by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Friday informed about the launch of production of import-substituting aviation gasoline of B-92 brand.

During the meeting, the Vice-Premier briefed on the work to expand the range of oil products produced by the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) of Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern, the official Turkmen media reports.

Deputy Prime Minister Shahym Abdrakhmanov said the technical specifications were developed jointly with the the TCOR and the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences, as well as appropriate measures were taken to produce this fuel type.

Following the brief, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need for progressive comprehensive development of the fuel-energy complex as the leading engine of the national economy.

The government meeting discussed priority issues of state affairs and considered drafts documents.
