Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan Mull Regulation of Visa Regime For Truck Drivers

Representatives of Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan discussed consular affairs related to creation of favorable conditions for transport carriers of 2 countries and regulation of visa regime for truck drivers, the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.

The meeting, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan, took place on Tuesday via video link. Among the attendees, there were representatives of relevant government agencies, and representatives of State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.

The participants emphasized positive results of bilateral cooperation and discussed a wide range of issues, including cooperation in the field of transit traffic between the two countries.

At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed confidence that bilateral cooperation will continue to develop successfully and wished each other further success in their activities.
