Turkmenistan, JCB Ink Memorandum of Understanding

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) and the UK's JCB Sales Limited company took place on Thursday at the Turkmen Ministry’s building in Ashgabat.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan Muhammetgeldy Serdarov, the UIET Chairman Dovran Hudayberdiyev, Charge d'Affaires of the UK Embassy in Turkmenistan Alan Hayton, and the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

According to the document, the UIET expresses its interest in purchasing JCB products for their further use, and on the part of JCB - joint work with the Union to formulate technical parameters of products, as well as provide data on the latest available technologies to increase overall efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.

At the end of the ceremony, the officials expressed their gratitude and stressed that the signing of the MoU will further joint cooperation.
