Turkmenistan is to develop a plan for the phased delivery of vaccines against coronavirus to the country

In accordance with the Acute Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Quick Response Plan of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan will develop a plan for the scientific study and phased delivery of vaccines against coronavirus to the country.

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Alexander Blokhin said at a press conference that Russia will provide Turkmenistan with a vaccine against COVID-19, after it is produced in sufficient quantities at Russian enterprises.
