Turkmenistan begins preparing the state budget for 2025

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, ordering the Ministry of Finance and Economy:

Organize work on the preparation of projects for the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2025, the main directions of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and the Investment Program of Turkmenistan and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers by November 1, 2024;

Before June 5, 2024, send out payment forms and guidelines for drawing up the above projects to ministries, line departments, hyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities;

Create a working group of specialists and organize its effective work to prepare the above projects.

The document was signed in order to timely prepare projects for the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2025, the main directions of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and the Investment Program of Turkmenistan, guided by the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 20222028” in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, in accordance with the Budget Code, reports TDH.

The key goals for the next year are: maintaining macroeconomic stability, further dynamic development of economic sectors, investing the bulk of investments in the radical modernization of production, creating a favorable business environment and increasing the standard of living of the population.
