Turkmenistan and the EU discussed joint projects

A meeting was held in Ashgabat between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova and the Deputy Managing Director for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation and OSCE of the European External Action Service Luc Pierre Devinet, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.

The parties discussed the implementation of joint projects and programs, the organization of bilateral visits and events. Particular attention was paid to the Erasmus+ program, which provides opportunities for learning and exchange of experience.

In addition, the parties discussed issues of transport cooperation, including the upcoming Investor Forum in Brussels. This forum, scheduled for January 29-30, is designed to attract European investment in the transport industry of Turkmenistan.
