Turkmenistan and Great Britain signed a number of bilateral documents

Within the framework of the visit to Turkmenistan of the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom, Lord Cameron, a signing ceremony of a number of bilateral documents took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.

At the event, the parties signed the Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for 2024-2025.

In addition, Memoranda of Understanding and Cooperation on issues of environmental protection and biodiversity of the Caspian Sea were signed between the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan and the British Blue Marine Foundation, as well as in the field of transport communications between the Turkmen Communications Agency and Dialogue Events Ltd.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants expressed confidence that the signed documents will give new impetus to the Turkmen-British partnership in various areas of cooperation.
