Turkmenistan and Georgia Discuss Preparation of Joint Education Projects

Turkmenistan and Georgia discussed the preparation of joint education projects, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia reported on Tuesday.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia Dovletmyrat Seyitmammedov, met with the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari, in Tbilisi.

During the meeting, the parties focused on the signing of agreements on cooperation between higher educational institutions of the two countries.

Amilakhvari emphasized that the scientific and educational sphere is one of the key directions of intergovernmental relations.

Furthermore, the sides discussed the current state and prospects for further bilateral cooperation development in science, education, and youth policy.
