Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Turkmenistan Vyacheslav Beskosty met with General Director of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Turkmen Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakiyev who is also Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Turkmen Economic Cooperation Commission.
As the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus reports, during the meeting were discussed the issues of cooperation in the field of transport and also preparations for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Commission.
We remind that during the previous meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Belarusian Commission for Economic Cooperation, proposals on the supply of trucks and buses produced in Belarus, agricultural machinery, elevator equipment to Turkmenistan were announced.
Earlier we reported that Deputy Prime Minister Annageldy Yazmyradov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Vyacheslav Beskosty discussed issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
