A meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Myahri Byashimova and the head of the Turkmen-Austrian Society Neda Berger, during which the parties noted the high level of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of culture.
This was reported by the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.
The fruitful and effective interaction between Turkmenistan and Austria in the cultural sphere was emphasized at the meeting. Particular attention was paid to events with the participation of cultural and artistic figures of the two countries, such as the Vienna Ball and concerts of the Turkmen-Austrian Symphony Orchestra "Galkynysh" regularly held in Turkmenistan.
In addition, the interlocutors discussed the participation of the Austrian side in events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.
