Turkmenistan Airlines Will Start Cargo Flights to Milan and Shenzhen

Turkmenistan Airlines plans to carry out cargo flights to Milan, Italy, and Shenzhen, China, starting July 16, 2023, the press service of the "Türkmenhowaýollary" (Turkmenistan Airlines) agency reported on Friday.

Cargo flights between these cities will be carried out to successfully implement the goals set in the "National Program of Civil Aviation Development of Turkmenistan for 20122030."

According to the report, the flights will be carried out by the Airbus 330-200P2F cargo plane of Turkmenistan Airlines with a frequency of once a week.

At the regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held under the chairmanship of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on June 10, the General Director of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, Mammethan Chakyyev, informed about two cargo planes, the Airbus A330-200P2F, which were purchased and put into operation, and the opening of new cargo destinations: Ashgabat-Seoul-Ashgabat, Ashgabat-Hanoi-Ashgabat.
