The final round of the Second Open Online Olympiad has begun.Run by the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan (IETCT), the competition is open to higher education students.
Students from 17 institutions are taking part in the online contest, including those of the capital, the Turkmen Agricultural Institute (Dashoguz), the Turkmen State Energy Institute (Mary) and the Seyitnazar Seidi Turkmen State Teachers’ Training Institute (Turkmenabat).
