Turkmen tennis player won the doubles tournament in Qatar

Turkmen tennis player Aylara Kakabayeva became the winner of the doubles tournament in Qatar among juniors under 14 years old, writes the online publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

In the final of the competition, Aylara Kakabayeva and Polina Sushkova from Kazakhstan beat Honi Jumani Gaurava Jumani (India) and Dana Khalifa (Qatar) with a score of 7:5, 6:0.

Kakabayeva is a student of the honored coach of Turkmenistan Jennet Hallyeva and has demonstrated high professionalism in tennis since the age of seven.

Last year, Aylara, as a member of the Turkmenistan national team, won a bronze medal at the Central Asian Championships in Ashgabat in the age category up to 12 years.

The parents of the young star express the hope that their daughter will continue to glorify Turkmen sports on the international stage.In an interview with “Golden Age”, the girl’s mother, Maral, shared: “Aylara is an excellent student at school and trains every day, morning and evening.
