Turkmen Scientists work on extraction of concentrates of products from camel milk

The specialists of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, the Institute of Livestock Farming and Veterinary and the Laboratory of the Medicines of the technology Centre work on production of half-finished products received from camel milk.

Using the equipment of the centre, they produced dry powder based on milk, sour milk, tchal and yoghurt drink “Doyran”.The purpose of work is to develop the technologies of recovery of ecological and healthy food to make it available for the population.

Currently, the tests of the composition, storage methods of dairy concentrates and production of quality and healthy regenerated food from them are carried out.

Camel breeding is specific branch of livestock farming and the main problem that the scientists try to solve together with marketing specialists is the provision of growing demand for healthy but perishable food product.

The production growth of camel milk and its products, which advantage is studied and proven long time ago, is perspective from the export capabilities point of view.

In case of the success, the studies of the scientists of the Academy of Sciences can be implemented for large industrial development. The concentrates from camel milk will help to saturate the market with tasty and demanded food production and sale it abroad what will attract additional investments to the development of camel breeding branch.
