President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Saturday started his working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to participate in the opening ceremony of the National Day of Turkmenistan at the World Expo 2020 in Dubai.
Within the framework of the visit, the Turkmen President will also hold high-level bilateral meetings, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry said in its press release. Turkmenistan and the UAE are also expected to sign bilateral documents.
The Turkmen National Pavilion opened at Expo 2020 under the slogan “Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust”. It is currently demonstrating the achievements of Turkmenistan.
The second floor of the Turkmen pavilion houses exhibitions of ministries and departments of the country.
Expo 2020 Dubai themed "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future" opened last Thursday with a ceremony of fireworks and music.
