Turkmen President Receives Congratulations on 31st Anniversary of Independence

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received congratulatory letters from foreign leaders on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, the country’s official media reported on Monday.

In particular, the Head of Turkmenistan received the congratulatory letters from Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Polish President Andrzej Duda, Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol, Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, Singaporean President Halimah Yacob, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres also sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.

In their congratulations, they wished the President of Turkmenistan good health, success in state activities, and the Turkmen people - peace, prosperity, and development.

This year, Turkmenistan is celebrating the 31st anniversary of its independence.
