Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during his visit to the International Akhal-Teke Horse Racing Complex on Sunday held a series of bilateral meetings with foreign businessmen who had arrived in the country to participate in the celebrations of the National Turkmen Horse Day.
Among them were Chairman of the Altcom Financial and Industrial Group Alexander Tislenko, Chairman of the Board of the Interbudmontazh Construction Association Vladimir Petruk and Director of Yugneftegaz company Igor Burkinsky, the Turkmen official media reports.
The Turkmen President said strengthening of partnership with leading foreign companies is one of the most important aspects of Turkmenistan's strategy of socio-economic development aimed at introducing the best international practices and advanced technologies.
The meeting with Altcom’s Chairman Alexander Tislenko touched upon priority directions of further partnership, given the many years of successful joint work to develop the transport sector.
During a meeting with the Head of the Interbudmontazh, the Turkmen President stressed that the concept of further development and improvement of Ashgabat opens up great opportunities for further joint work, focusing on the invariable requirements of the Turkmen side, including the strict adherence to deadlines and quality of construction projects that require the use of innovative engineering solutions.
The meeting with Director of Yugneftegaz Igor Burkinsky focused on promising areas of mutually beneficial cooperation in the implementation of specialized projects and programs carried out in Turkmenistan in the oil and gas sector.
Burkinsky reaffirmed his company's readiness to make its experience and potential, including in seismology, available to the Turkmen partners.
At the end of the meetings, the businessmen expressed gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the support in their work, assuring that the companies they lead will continue to make every effort to fulfill responsible assignments in a qualitative and timely manner, contributing to Turkmenistan's economic development.
