President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a number of appointments, the Turkmen government said in a message.
Guvanchali Bayramov has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Railway Transport and Annadurdy Kosayev as Deputy Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transportation of Turkmenistan.
