Turkmen Entrepreneur Launches Production of Shoe Soles

Entrepreneur Khandy Kurbanov’s enterprise has launched the production of soles for various types of shoes, the official website of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan reported last Thursday.

According to the report, the company’s products made of thermoplastic polyurethane are flexible, frost-resistant, and durable.

The UIET noted that such a sole is lightweight, wear-resistant, has good shock absorption when walking and has non-slip property, which is especially important in winter. The products are in high demand among domestic footwear producers.

In addition, entrepreneur Kurbanov in mid-2019 opened an outlet in Ashgabat for individual tailoring of men's, women's and children's shoes. The businessman uses genuine leather purchased in Turkey, as well as from domestic producers for the manufacture of the products.
