Turkmen enterprise launches industrial waste processing complex

Dozens of companies already work in the field of waste processing in Turkmenistan.Basically, plastic, old car tires are used as raw materials.For the processing of industrial waste, especially toxic, there is a special approach - consumables, special equipment, trained personnel are needed.

The economic society “Ak tarap” has been developing a similar profile for several years and is currently considered the leader in the country in the processing and disposal of such raw materials.

As reported on the website of the State Publishing Service, in 2020 the company purchased an innovative Russian-made complex “KTD-2500” for system recycling and industrial disposal of waste in the range from class I to V on the hazard scale. This year the complex was put into operation.

The company has a mini-factory of 15 hectares near the urban-type settlement of Jebel, which is capable of processing about 2000 types of waste. The productivity of the plant is 3 tons of solid and 1 ton of liquid waste per hour.

The new technical installation has expanded the capabilities of the enterprise, it is mobile, capable of high-quality cleaning of waste materials in industrial volumes.

The enterprise complies with all environmental standards, it has received a positive state environmental opinion from the Environmental Protection Service of the Ministry of Agriculture and

Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, a safety certificate, an environmental impact assessment has been carried out, and technological regulations have been approved. There is also an environmental passport that reflects the maximum allowable emission standards.

Among the company's clients today are Petronas Carigali (Turkmenistan), BKE Shelf and Scomi.
