Turkmen Delegation Attends Webinar of Bureau of International Expositions

Bureau of International Expositions (BIE), as part of a program to build capacity for interaction with Turkmenistan, conducted an online training on November 16-18.

According to a Tuesday press issued by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET), BIE Secretary General Dimitri Kerkentzes, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan Dovletgeldi Rejepov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to France Shohrat Jumayev gave speeches at the opening of the webinar.

The online event is attended by specialists from Turkmen ministries and departments, students of two universities - the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International University for Humanities and Development. A representative of the UIET Trade and Services Department is also participating in the webinar.

Experts of the Bureau of International Expositions acquaint Turkmen specialists with the activities of the organization, share their experience of exhibition and fair activities. The course will also cover the communication and technical aspects of participation in exhibitions held under the auspices of the BIE.

The Bureau of International Expositions was founded in 1928 in Paris. The organization currently includes 169 countries.
