Turkmen Company Launches Production of New Types of Polypropylene Yarns

Abraýly Dostlar company, the producers of polypropylene multifilament yarns, has started manufacturing polypropylene multifilament textured, technical and twisted yarns.

The textured yarns produced under Polyyarn brand are used in the production of garden furniture, the company’s manager told Business Turkmenistan.

The enterprise is located in Ak Bugday district of Ahal province. The company obtains raw materials necessary for production from the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries and a polymer plant in Kiyanli.

Abraýly Dostlar enterprise is equipped with advanced machinery from Europe, which allows the production of high-density yarn. It has the capacity to produce 2,400 tons of products per year.

The company successfully exports its products to Italy, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Belarus, the Netherlands, Brazil, UK and Venezuela. Abraýly Dostlar is currently negotiating on exporting its output to the US.
