The Turkmen company Döwlet Gurluşyk will build a complex of buildings of the secondary school for 540 pupils in Tajikistan’s southwestern province of Khatlon.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov during the expanded cabinet meeting on Friday signed the Resolution, authorizing the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Tajikistan to conclude a contract with Döwlet Gurluşyk to build the school complex, according to the Turkmen official media.
In accordance with the document, the school will be built as a humanitarian assistance to the brotherly Tajik people.
The school, which will be built in Ergesh Sultanov settlement of the province’s Dusti district, will be named after Magtymguly Pyragy.
The Resolution prescribes to start the complex’s construction this month and hand it over with full readiness for operation in December 2024.
In accordance with another Presidential Resolution signed on Friday, the same Turkmen company will build the 12-apartment residential building in Tashkent for the employees of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also stated that for many years, the state has been doing everything necessary to improve the work of the national diplomatic service, strengthening its personnel, providing material, technical and financial support. Focusing on the matter, the Head of State signed a Resolution “On the financial issues of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan.”
