Türkmenaragatnaşyk (Turkmen Communications) Agency of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and LS telcom AG, a Germany-based company engaged in the telecommunications sphere, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of improving the system of surveillance and management of frequency spectrum in Turkmenistan.
The signing took place within the framework of the Turkmen-German business forum, LS telcom CEO Georg Schöne told in an interview with the Türkmenistan newspaper.
The Turkmen-German business forum was held within the framework of the visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Germany on September 28-29 this year.
"All directions considered in this document are aimed at further development of Turkmenistan's telecommunication system," Georg Schöne said.
According to the company CEO, LS telcom is a global provider of radio frequency management solutions.
