Today, the Turkmen-American business forum started in Ashgabat, organized jointly by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen-American Business Council.
The business meeting was attended by representatives of a number of sectoral ministries and departments, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, as well as heads and representatives of US government agencies and companies specializing in industry, energy, health care and the production of medicines, agriculture and transport.
During the meeting, ways were analyzed to bring relations to a new level in various areas of bilateral cooperation, and specific ideas were proposed for expanding trade.
In addition, bilateral meetings were held at the forum between representatives of ministries and departments, private companies and entrepreneurs of the two countries, which made it possible to establish new ties and discuss issues of further cooperation.
It is important to note that representatives of such well-known companies as Boeing, John Deere, Visa, Palo Alto Networks, Bechtel Corporation, Niklaus Companies and others arrived in Turkmenistan as part of the American delegation.
