Turkish President awarded Turkmenistan’s jubilee medal in honor of Magtymguly’s 300th anniversary

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on awarding the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 yyllygyna” to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, TDH reports.

The award was presented in recognition of Erdogan’s merits in developing friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Turkey, as well as for his contribution to the study and popularization of the creative heritage of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi.

In accordance with the presidential decree, the honorary elder of Turkmenistan Recep Tayyip Erdogan was also awarded with commemorative and gift signs.
