Trades at Turkmen Exchange for August First Week: $87.8 Million

The total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) over the past week amounted to over $87.8 million, the country’s official media reported on Monday

Businesses from the UAE and Afghanistan bought gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, and polypropylene produced by Türkmennebit State Concern.

The Turkish and Emirati businesses also procured acquired urea of Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern.

Chinese, Arab, Turkish, and Kyrgyz businesses purchased sets of bedding, textile and terry products, cotton fabric and yarn, bleached cotton, and regenerated textile fibers.

Last week, 40 deals were registered at the SCRMET trades.
