The winners of the competitive exhibition dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi were awarded in Ashgabat

A ceremony was held in Ashgabat to award the artists whose works participated in the competitive exhibition of works of decorative and applied art dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi, the MIC reports.

Members of the jury, consisting of famous art critics and cultural figures of Turkmenistan, carefully selected works that most fully and clearly reflect the greatness of the image and heritage of Magtymguly Fragi.

Among the winners of the competition are Hajy Atakkaev, Mekan Annanurov, Aybibi Amanklycheva.

The work of many other talented artists, sculptors, ceramicists, carpet weavers and photographers was also celebrated.

The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas, valuable cash prizes and books by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the source notes.
