The Turkmen delegation led by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took an active part in the events of the Third High-Level Forum “One Belt, One Road” that ended in Beijing.
As reported in today's issue of the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, three high-level sub-forums dedicated to the development of transport communications, environmental projects and the digital economy were held within the forum.
In addition, six conferences were held on the topics of foreign trade relations, cultural and humanitarian ties, interaction between think tanks, promotion of interregional cooperation and maritime projects, as well as a large meeting of business representatives.
During the forum, presentations of specific investment projects and the conclusion of new agreements in various sectors of the economy also took place.
Earlier, Turkmenportal wrote that the “One Belt, One Road” Forum ended with the signing of a memorandum and a number of initiatives.
