A trailer for the fourth part of the Kung Fu Panda cartoon has appeared online. The film's release is scheduled for March 8, 2024, Film.ru reports.
The plot centers on the panda Po, who is now the spiritual leader of the Valley of Peace. However, he realizes that he cannot be the Dragon Warrior forever, and so he sets out in search of a successor.
At the same time, the villainess Chameleon resurrects the villains of the past. Po must stop her to protect his home.
The cartoon will again feature the voices of such actors as Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Lucy Liu, Dustin Hoffman, Viola Davis and Ke Huy Quan.
Kung Fu Panda is one of the most successful franchises in DreamWorks Animation history. The first three films in the series have grossed more than $1.8 billion worldwide.
