The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted Turkmen French political consultations.The delegation of friendly country as chaired by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne.
Wide spectrum of subjects related to activation of political collaboration, regional issues including Afghanistan has been discussed during the meeting.The sides highlighted high level of intergovernmental and inter-parliamentary relations of Turkmenistan and France, positive cooperation under international organizations including the UN, EU and OSCE.
Signing of bilateral documents including the Programme of cooperation between Foreign Ministries for 2019 2021 was held by the outcomes of political consultations.
