28 July will mark 50 days countdown to the start of the V Asian Indoor and Marshal Arts Games and the head of the state suggested that the next day, July 29, the public sector executives and staff members should go to work by bicycles.
This proposal was put forward by the President when he was flying around the capital on 15 June.
On that day public transport and passenger buses will be operating on the territory of the city. “This will become a unique campaign organized within the framework of preparations for the Asian Games-2017 and will mark an important step in consistent strengthening of healthy lifestyle principles in the society”, “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports.
